Our go-to Espresso blend.  Traditional with a bolt of flavor and a sweet finish.  Roasted and blended to punch through milk, but tastes great as a double shot too.  We recommend 19g in,  36g out in 27-30 seconds,  and prepared 7-12 days after the roast date.
